✨ The Role

You will teach Science across KS3 and KS4, with opportunities to teach KS5 depending on experience and subject specialism. You'll be joining a collaborative and well‑established Science department that values innovation, enthusiasm, and academic excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

Planning and delivering engaging Science lessons aligned with the national curriculum Teaching across Biology, Chemistry, and/or Physics depending on your expertise Creating a positive, inclusive, and well‑managed classroom environment Differentiating learning to meet the needs of all pupils Assessing, monitoring, and tracking student progress Contributing to departmental planning and wider school initiatives✅ The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a reflective, motivated, and passionate practitioner who:

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognised UK equivalent Has a degree in a Science subject or closely related field Is an ECT or experienced teacher with strong subject knowledge Demonstrates effective behaviour management and communication skills Is committed to inspiring young people and raising achievementECTs will benefit from:
