Taproom General Manager

I am currently partnered with a real estate company who are seeking a General Manager to take the reins and run their new high spec flagship building in Central London. This role is suitable for someone who is motivated, driven, resilient and keen to progress quickly and create a career opportunity for the right role. Please note this role requires being in the office 5 days a week.
Ongoing management of tenants' property queries and terminations of leases.
Dealing with the financial aspect of property management, including rental invoices, expenses, preparing an annual budget, assisting accountants with VAT returns.
Building maintenance, including managing contracts with maintenance services, supervising repairs, arranging regular safety and emergency procedure checks.
Strong organisational, prioritisation and time management skills.
Degree in real estate, property management, business administration or a related field preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Oce
