HLD Talent is hiring: Talent Manager
Shoreditch, London | Hybrid | Full-Time
HLD Talent is a fast-growing, culture driven talent management agency representing some of the UK’s most exciting digital creators. We focus on building long-term careers by helping talent expand beyond social platforms into broadcast, publishing, live events, and other commercial opportunities. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Talent Manager with strong experience and ambition, someone who can drive brand partnerships, support creative development, and help diversify and scale revenue streams across multiple platforms.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and grow a roster of digital-first creators (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube)
- Source and manage brand partnerships.
- Consistently outreaching to brands and agencies, identifying new commercial opportunities across media, merchandise, publishing and more.
- Collaborate with talent on career planning, content strategy, and long-term growth.
- Respond to inbound opportunities, manage communication, and maintain strong industry relationships.
- Create compelling media kits tailored to talent.
- Meet and exceed revenue targets to support team and company growth.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital or broadcast talent management, with a proven track record of supporting and scaling talent careers.
- Demonstrated success in securing and managing brand partnerships and campaign outreach on behalf of creators.
- In-depth understanding of the creator economy, with a strong grasp of platform trends, audience behaviours, and industry shifts.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and project management skills, with a confident, solutions-focused approach.
- Highly organised and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Commercially minded with a strategic approach to growth, revenue, and opportunity development.
- Experience within the broadcast or TV industry is preferred.
