As a Talent Acquisition Partner based in Warwick , you’ll be responsible for: Providing end-to-end recruitment services, conducting executive searches, and continuously improving recruitment processes to meet business needs.

Identifying and delivering initiatives to enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience.

Acting as the primary contact for stakeholders, maintaining a visible presence across sites, and collaborating with HR and senior leaders to understand and address talent needs.

Overseeing performance, setting objectives, conducting reviews, and providing professional development for Talent Acquisition Advisors.

And here’s what we’d like you to have: Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including best practices and legal requirements.

Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with hiring managers, HR partners, and senior leaders across various business units.
