About the role

You'll manage end-to-end recruitment for a wide range of roles, working as a trusted partner to hiring managers and an ambassador for our brand. From writing engaging adverts and sourcing talent to coordinating interviews and ensuring compliance, you'll deliver a seamless experience that makes people proud to join DHU.

You'll also play a key role in shaping candidate experience - keeping people informed, supported, and inspired throughout. Alongside this, you'll support process improvements, share insights, and contribute to projects that help us deliver better outcomes for patients and colleagues alike.

What we're looking for

This role is perfect for someone who:

Has recruitment experience (agency, RPO or in-house) in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Can build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates, providing expert advice with professionalism and care. Is detail-focused, organised, and confident using ATS systems and recruitment tech. Brings creativity, curiosity, and a collaborative approach to everything they do.
