Have you got some volume recruitment experience gained in a fast paced environment? Do you thrive when juggling multiple recruitment campiagns and enjoy delivering a great experience for candidates and hiring managers? If so, we'd love to hear from you.
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your recruitment career within a small, busy and supportive recruitment team. You'll manage high-volume vacancies across Hyde ensuring every stage of the recruitment process runs smoothly — from advertising roles through to onboarding new starters. You'll work closely with hiring managers, candidates and HR colleagues, providing end-to-end recruitment support while ensuring compliance with employment legislation and Hyde's internal policies.
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator supporting a variety of business areas acorss Hyde, you'll play a key role in helping us attract and hire the right people quickly, fairly and efficiently.
What you'll be doing
Manage high-volume recruitment from advertising through to onboarding.
Screen CVs, candidates, prepare candidate summaries and coordinate interviews and assessments.
