Harmonic are hiring throughout 2025! We’re looking for a proactive and people-focused Talent Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping others thrive and who enjoys working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. You'll play a key role in attracting top talent, delivering a seamless candidate experience, and supporting the wider People function.
Based in the heart of Shoreditch in London, we are a values-led recruitment agency with an inclusive and non-corporate culture – and we’ve been proudly B Corp certified since 2022! Harmonic supply Finance and Operations professionals to start-up and scale- up businesses. We work with some of the most exciting organisations in Europe, ranging from ground-breaking technology start-ups (Fintech, Software, AI, Robotics, Electronics, BioTech) and record labels through to major fashion labels, vegan food start-ups, leading furniture designers and media businesses.
The Role:
This role sits at the heart of our internal recruitment efforts, supporting the growth of the organisation by helping to attract, engage, and onboard top talent. You will play a key part in the candidate journey from screening applications and conducting initial interviews to scheduling meetings and ensuring a positive experience throughout the process. Working closely the Head of People & Impact, you’ll also contribute to internal communications, university outreach, and the promotion of our inclusive workplace culture.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Head of People & Impact to drive growth throughout 2025 and beyond
- Review and assess candidate applications across platforms such as LinkedIn, Milkround, and The Guardian Jobs
- Shortlist high-quality applications and carry out initial telephone interviews
- Manage the internal recruitment process to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates at both junior and senior levels
- Assist with university engagement initiatives to enhance outreach and brand visibility
- Support internal communications alongside the Head of People & Impact
- Promote equality and diversity as an integral part of our organisational culture
What we need to see (Essential):
- At least 1 year of experience in a talent acquisition role
- Fantastic verbal and written communication skills
- Strong educational background
- Alignment with Harmonic’s values and mission
- Creativity
- Strong, lateral thinking processes
Package & Benefits:
- Basic salary of £35,000-£40,000 dependent upon experience
