Systems Manager

Exciting opportunity for a Systems Manager with strong experience gained in hospitality / retail to join a growing business based near Chipping Norton, offering up to £60,000 DOE.
The role
As Systems Manager, you'll be responsible for administering and supporting a variety of hospitality and retail systems. This will include:
- provide day to day support and coordination business systems
- troubleshoot / problem solve technical issues (driving root cause analysis)
- coordinate upgrades, releases etc.
- maintain documentation as well as training and best practice support to users
- work closely with 3rd party vendors
- support on ongoing projects, including roll outs of new systems and applications
- ensure systems are compliant with IT security standards
About you
Applicants for the Systems Manager role will have:
- experience of supporting hospitality and/or retail systems, with strong knowledge of the hospitality / retail industries and processes
- experience of hospitality / retail systems (e.g. Opera Cloud, Simphony)
- excellent stakeholder management skills, including experience of working with 3rd party vendors
- excellent coordination and organisation skills, with ability to work on projects
- have access to own car/transport and driving licence, with flexibility to travel to various local sites
On offer
Salary of up to £60,000 depending on experience plus excellent benefits. Note this is an office based role.
