Sustainability Manager Role Full-time, permanent Based 5 days in Central London Previous Construction experience needed

Key Responsibilities Develop and implement company-wide sustainability strategies and project-specific action plans. Ensure adherence to environmental laws, permits, and standards (e.g., CEMP, Pollution Plans). Lead BREEAM, LEED, or other green building assessments and audits. Track energy, water, waste, and carbon usage; manage data and report on KPIs. Advise project teams on sustainable practices, materials, and low/zero-carbon technologies. Train staff, liaise with regulators, suppliers, and senior management. Ensure sustainable and ethical sourcing of materials and services.
