Sushi Chef Luxury Japanese Restaurant - Evenings only - Chelsea - £37k We are looking for an experienced Sushi Chef for a stunning Japanese restaurant in the heart of South West London. This incredible venue has a 100 cover restaurant with a focus on incredible, authentic Japanese cuisine and some of the best sushi in London. This role will focus on the sushi bar where you will be in charge of 2 junior Sushi Chefs (maki chefs) and work closely with the Michelin experienced Head Chef. There is a big focus on seasonal and local produce with only the finest ingredients on the menu. The restaurant is only open for dinner service and closed Sun/Mon you will have your mornings free and a great work life balance (40hrs per week). Must be confident with nigiri and sashimi (there are separate maki chefs) There are plans to open another site in next year so huge opportunities for progression.
