(Teaching roles and jobs at Grade 11 and above (currently £30,727 per annum / £15.97 per hour) The postholder will a cquire all types of heritable property for the operational requirements of City Council services . Dispose of all types of heritable property declared surplus by the City Council through sale, lease and licence. Manage corporate projects, property projects and give property advice to Corporate Working Groups, particularly with regard to valuation and pr operty management issues, together with instructing and directing technical and other professional colleagues in the Council and external contractors in connection with such projects and disposals. Understand the principles of good property Asset Managemen t and the Council s Property Asset Management Plan. Be able to give strategic and specific property advise. Educated to Degree level in a property related discipline. A member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) (General Practi c e) . Current Full UK Driving Licence E xperience in the management of Commercial property . E xperience of managing rent reviews, lease renewals and new lettings. Experience in the disposal and acquisition of heritable land and property.
