Support Worker - White Lion Road, Little Chalfont, Amersham
Part Time - 22.5 hours per week

Are you passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives? We are looking for a dedicated Support Worker to join our vibrant supported living service at White Lion Road, where six individuals with learning disabilities live independently in their own self-contained flats, supported 24/7.

What You Will Be Doing:

As a Support Worker, you will be a key part of a compassionate team, providing one-to-one personalised support. Your role will include:

Creating and implementing tailored support plans
Encouraging independence through everyday life skills like cooking, cleaning, and budgeting
Delivering personal care with respect and sensitivity
Contributing to risk assessments and management plans
Supporting new team members through induction and mentoring
Helping individuals pursue their goals and aspirationsWhat We Are Looking For:

We are seeking someone with experience in care or support work, who brings a positive, proactive attitude and a genuine desire to help others thrive.

You will also need to:

Communicate clearly and adapt to individual needs
Be flexible and reliable, with availability for shifts including weekends and bank holidays
Work well both independently and as part of a team
Be committed to equality, diversity, and person-centred care
Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle for workPlease note: Sleep-ins are part of the role, with an additional allowance of £52.78 per sleep-in.
