Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to provide respectful personal care. As a Support Worker, your responsibilities will include providing respectful care, practical and emotional support, maximizing social opportunities and community engagement, developing warm and trusting relationships with service users, and collaborating with colleagues, families, and professionals to ensure a coordinated and consistent service. You have the flexibility to choose between weekly or monthly pay.
