Full Time Support Worker

to work with one of our prestigious clients based in the

CW5

Shifts: Rota-based shifts including

days, nights, and weekends Pay: Rota-based shifts and weekends Pay: £12.71 p/hr - on days shifts Weekends - £13.21 p/hr Nights - £13.21 p/hr If you do "sleep in's" on the night shift you will be paid £21.21 p/hr Induction & Initial Shifts: Induction and initial shifts will take place in

Stoke (ST4) . Once you have been fully trained you will transition to

Crewe . During the first few weeks, shifts may be split between

Stoke and Crewe . In this role you will be required to: Provide

day-to-day, person-centred support

to individuals with Autism and mental health needs, in line with individual support plans Support service users with

daily routines , including morning and evening support, personal care (where required), and maintaining a safe and comfortable living environment Plan, prepare, and cook traditional English meals , encouraging service user's involvement where appropriate Promote

independence, life skills, and personal choice , supporting individuals to achieve personal goals Support service users to access the

community , attend appointments, and take part in activities and hobbies that match their interests Build

positive, professional relationships

that promote dignity, respect, and emotional wellbeing Provide

emotional reassurance and mental health support , responding appropriately to behaviours that may challenge Administer or support with

medication

in line with training and organisational policies Complete

daily records, handovers, incident reports, and care documentation

accurately and on time Communicate effectively with colleagues, managers, families, and external professionals, including the local authority Maintain

safeguarding, health & safety, and care standards

at all times Work as part of a team to ensure the

smooth running of the service

across all shifts Requirements of the candidate: You must have a valid and in date Enhanced DBS Certificate Relevant

training and experience

supporting individuals with Autism and mental health needs Excellent English communication skills

(written and verbal) Ability to cook

traditional English meals Reliable, professional, and flexible Full-time availability , including

weekends and night shifts

on a rota basis Willingness to attend an

interview in Stoke (ST4) Able to start work around

19 January 2026 Willing to share
