About The Role This is for a waking night position. As a Support Worker, you will be at the forefront of providing high-quality, enabling care during night hours. Key Responsibilities Overnight Support

Provide overnight care and support to individuals with varying needs. Ensure safety and well-being throughout the night. Respond promptly to emergencies and follow care plans.Personal Care & Medication

Assist with personal care routines. Administer or support self-administration of medication.Individual Outcomes & Wellbeing

Implement person-centred support plans. Promote independence and manage risks. Encourage relationships and ensure compliance with legal and best practice standards.Activity & Lifestyle

Previous experience in care or willingness to train. Ability to work independently and remain alert throughout the night. Good communication and record-keeping skills. Compassionate and reliable.Desirable

NVQ Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care. Knowledge of safeguarding and person-centred care. About You
