Support Worker - Supported Accommodation (Skegness)

Pay:

£13.17 per hour Shifts:

Adhoc, ongoing & pre-booked (days and nights available)

About the Service

An 80?bed supported accommodation service for adults with complex needs. Residents typically stay for up to 3 months, with a strong focus on developing independence and moving on to stable, long?term housing. The role includes a blend of office?based key working and hands?on support.

What You'll Be Doing

Managing your own caseload and delivering structured support plans

Assisting residents with benefits, housing applications, and job searches

Signposting to external agencies and community services

Providing day to day emotional and practical support

Promoting independence and essential life skills

Responding appropriately to challenging behaviour

Maintaining accurate records and reports

Working collaboratively with the team to ensure full shift coverage

What We're Looking For

Previous experience as a Support Worker

Experience supporting vulnerable adults and individuals with complex needs

Confident managing a caseload and delivering practical support

Strong communication and IT skills

Reliable, flexible, and comfortable working a variety of shift types

Additional Information

Dress code: plain jeans or black trousers with a navy t?shirt

High demand for adhoc shifts, with opportunities for ongoing bookings
