Our Heysham Project supports six individuals in self-contained flats. They have diverse needs, including learning disabilities, mental health conditions, forensic backgrounds and some challenging behaviours. New starters receive thorough training and shadow shifts with experienced team members.
Service users enjoy a variety of community activities such as bingo, outings, shopping, bike rides, cinema visits, and holidays. As a support worker, you will assist individuals in achieving their personal goals and living full, worthwhile lives. This role involves promoting choice, healthy lifestyles, cooking, community engagement and family support.
No previous experience is needed, as full training is provided. Ideal for personal and professional development, with contracts from 15 to 48 hours per week and weekly or monthly pay options. For an informal chat, contact Katy or Carol at 0152 440 9905.
