Calling all everyday superheroes! If you’re the kind of person who can whip up a smile, help someone live their best life, and tackle daily tasks like a boss—this role’s for you.
What’s in it for you:
* £12.25/hr on weekdays
* £12.50/hr on weekends
* £70.50 per sleep-in shift
* £250 bonus when you complete your Care Certificate
* £500 bonus when you refer a friend
* 5.6 weeks of annual leave

What you’ll be up to:
* Helping people cook, clean, and shop
* Guiding people through decisions and money matters
* Providing personal care and meds when needed
* Encouraging healthy habits and community fun
* Keeping records tidy and ticking all the right boxes with the Care Act
Who we're looking for:
* Chatty, kind, and dependable
* Organised, great on your own or in a team
* Bonus points if you’ve worked in care or have a Health & Social Care diploma
* Flexible - while you will have a monthly rota, this role requires flexibility, including evening, weekend, and sleep-in shifts, sometimes at short notice.
* Car driver - need a licence to drive clients car
