Role Overview: As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day support and care of individuals with autism. About Maes Y Coed: Maes Y Coed, our newest home in the Pembrokeshire area near Pembroke Dock, comprises five individual flats located on the grounds of its sister service, Bangeston Hall. We take pride in offering personalised care packages tailored to meet the unique needs and preferences of each adult at Maes Y Coed. A typical day in the life of working at Maes Y Coed may include: * Provide person-centred care and support to individuals with autism. * Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks. * Encourage and support individuals in participating in community activities and pursuing their interests, such as swimming and bowling. * Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals, their families, and other stakeholders. * Monitor and record the progress of individuals, ensuring all care plans are followed. * Support individuals in achieving their personal goals and developing new skills. * Promote a safe and nurturing environment, ensuring the well-being of all individuals.
