Based at Eckington, Chesterfeild As this post will be responsible for providing personal care for female service users, we are seeking female applicants only. In supported living we have lots of properties for people with a learning disability and we are looking for staff who can support us with our independence and our favourite activities We are looking for someone who has the following qualities: Lively and is able to support us to be as active as possible Skilled in different forms of communication Able to balance time to give person-centred support to lots of people Sense of humour and will have a laugh with us Able to work as part of a team Patient and friendly Chatty and able to involve us in our support It is essential that you can work weekends, waking nights and bank holidays.
