Job Opportunity Support Worker for Gentleman with Complex Needs

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Support Worker to join our team in providing high-quality care for an older gentleman with complex needs.

About the Role:
This is a full-time position on a rolling shift pattern:

• 12-hour shifts
• 4 shifts one week, 3 shifts the next (average of 42 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide full personal care with dignity and respect
• Maintain household cleanliness and a safe living environment
• Prepare and cook meals to meet dietary needs
• Drive and escort the gentleman in a wheelchair-accessible vehicle for community activities and appointments
• Support independence while ensuring safety and wellbeing

Requirements:

• Previous experience in supporting individuals with complex needs (essential)
• Full UK driving licence
• Confident in driving a wheelchair-accessible vehicle
• Compassionate, reliable, and patient nature
• Ability to work as part of a supportive team
