Care Connection are recruiting, experienced Support Workers, to support our clients in the Devizes area!

This is a temporary, ad hoc role, you will be supporting our clients with staffing gaps due to sickness and holidays. You will follow support plans to ensure person centred support, and encourage independence and choice in all aspects of daily life.

Shifts here are between 08.00-20.00 and waking nights 20.00-08.00.

Job Role:

A Support Worker is required to deliver support within an adult's health or social care environment, supporting with daily living tasks or development of new skills. The tasks may be one to one with an adult or with other support workers or health professionals, they may be provided within the home and garden itself or outside in the community, equipment may be required for moving and handling or health tasks. A support plan on site must be followed for completion of tasks, safety, client communication and any end-of-life instruction where relevant.
