We are looking to recruit Support Workers who are passionate about providing top-notch healthcare in a supported living setting. The positions are based in our modern, fully equipped supported living settings located across South East England which are dedicated to delivering high standards of care to our residents.

Location: South East
Details of the Role:

Contract Type: Temporary; with options for full-time or part-time engagements.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide professional health care to residents.
Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to enhance quality of life for residents.
Maintain high standards of clinical documentation.

Training Requirements:

All mandatory training

You must have a min. of 6 months experience of care within the UK
