We’re launching a brand-new service, and we’re looking for outstanding *support workers* to join us from the very start. This specialist provision will support *individuals with a primary diagnosis of Learning Disabilities and/or Autism*, who may also have *Mental Health needs as a secondary diagnosis*. Many of the individuals we’ll support have *contracted care arrangements* and *present with behaviours that may be considered challenging*. The service is designed with *on-site management and clinical input*, ensuring our team is fully supported working with a PBS model of care. *First admissions started in July 2025*, and we’re working towards *full occupancy by November 2025*. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join at the beginning and shape the culture and standards of an exceptional new service. Shift patterns will vary depending on the needs of each individual.
