We are currently looking for multiple Support Workers in and around the Gloucester area. We have on going vacancies, permanent and ad hoc shifts available.\n\nResponsibilities for a Support Worker:\n\n * Making meals, drinks and snacks where necessary\n\n * Supporting with household and domestic tasks, such as laundry, shopping, cleaning and financial transactions such as paying bills\n\n * Assisting residents with getting up in the morning, providing personal care including washing / bathing and dressing\n\n * Helping with undressing and going to bed in the evening, as well as providing help and ensuring medication is taken as required\n\n * Putting resident wellbeing at the heart of the service, going the extra mile to ensure our residents can live their best lives\n\nExperience/Qualifications for our Support Workers:\n\n * Mandatory Care Certificate (Training can be provided)\n\n * Strong communication and interpersonal skills\n\n * Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions\n\n * Enhanced DBS (Assistance provided)\n\nOther Information:\n\n * Multiple shifts on offer – days, nights & weekends\n\n * Pay - £13 - £14.00 per hour\n\nIf you are interest in our exciting Support Worker opportunity in Gloucester please apply and a member of the team will contact you.\n\nNote: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
