We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Support Worker to join our specialist home in Worsley, Manchester , to provide high-quality care and life-enriching opportunities to the people we support. Job Role From trips out to Knowsley Safari Park and the beach to walks and journeys on public transport in the local area, the people we support at Worsley Road take part in a variety of activities that will help them on their journey to their own individual outcomes. You will assist the people we support in engaging with the local community, becoming more independent and transitions during their day-to-day activities. You will be on hand to assist them with any challenges they may face during their day and be a calm and reassuring presence throughout. No two days at Worsley Road will be the same, and each day will produce new responsibilities and will also present new opportunities to help the people we support to thrive.
