Both require personal care support, and the gentleman also benefits from patient, supportive help at home. They enjoy a mix of activities, work opportunities, and days out, so a variety of interests and a flexible approach will help you support them well.Any experience with learning disabilities would be great, but is not essential as full induction, training and ongoing support will be provided. However this role does require a female member of staff who is a driver.We are a fantastic organisation to work for: a local charity with a focus on person-centred support.
