Support Workers required in the Bangor Area with Our Public Sector Client within their supported living units and require relief staff to assist with the daily operation of the units. There will be a variety of shifts 8am-2pm/3pm-10pm, Night Shifts and Sleepovers with a pay rate of £12.31-£20.80 depending on shift worked. They require staff with good communications skills to work with challenging behaviours and are trained in MAPA. The job duties will require working with service users with learning disabilities and challenging behaviours, updating documentation, providing personal care, assisting with meals and encouraging self-support.
