Key Responsibilities: Personalised Support: Build positive relationships and deliver person-centred support, empowering individuals to live independently. Independent Living: Assist individuals with domestic tasks, medication management, financial planning, and accessing community services. Social and Communication Skills: Promote community participation, informed decision-making, and advocate for self-expression and choice. Health and Safety: Ensure the safety, health, and wellbeing of individuals, safeguarding against risks and harm. Qualifications & Experience: Essential: Personal or work experience of providing care or support; Full driving licence or ability to travel independently.
