About the Role
As a Support Worker at AFG, youll support people to achieve their goals and live as independently as possible.
This could be in:
Peoples own homes
Community-based services
Adult Care Homes or Independent Hospitals
Every person we support has a personalised plan focused on their needs and aspirations.
What Were Looking For
You dont need experience
just the right attitude. Were looking for people who are:
Friendly and confident communicators
Patient, caring and enthusiastic
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Flexible to work a range of shifts including day shifts, waking nights, sleep ins and weekends
