The ideal candidate will be a NMC Registered Nurse with proven leadership experience in the care sector. Ensure services meet or exceed CQC and other regulatory standards.

Monitor and manage budgets, resources, and staffing to ensure financial viability.

Promote and uphold best practices in person-centred elderly care.

Mentor, supervise, and develop team members to enhance service delivery.

Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and external partners.

Ensure effective complaint handling, safeguarding procedures, and risk management.

Essential Requirements: NMC Registered Nurse (Active PIN).
