The post holder will deliver high-quality, person-centred support working alongside individuals, their families, professionals, and a team of staff. They will lead service users in building confidence and developing independence to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Your role will include: Ensuring the smooth daily operation of the supported accommodation service. Delivering direct, empathetic assistance to service users, with an emphasis on recovery and wellness. Creating and executing bespoke support plans for individuals, ensuring they align with personal aspirations and circumstances. Leading, guiding and nurturing a team of support workers to maintain high standards of service and delivery. Communicating effectively with a range of external professionals to ensure joined up working around individual service users. Ensuring that Creative Support's quality standards and regulatory requirements are met.

You will be expected to work flexibly to meet the needs of the service, including evenings and weekends.
