Key Responsibilities: Support teachers in delivering engaging, inclusive, and effective lessons. Work with individual children or small groups to provide targeted support. Help maintain a positive, safe, and nurturing classroom environment. Build strong relationships with children, staff, and parents. Encourage and promote the social, emotional, and educational development of all children. Provide 1:1 support to those most in need as they try to access an education.
