Your place at the Lily’s Kitchen Table: -
As a Supply Planner at Lily’s Kitchen you will be responsible for supporting sufficient supply levels, enabling the business to maximise sales orders and opportunities. Working collaboratively with our third party suppliers and many internal colleagues on accurate forecasts, supply planning and stock levels as part of an efficient inbound supply chain solution.
How will I make a difference?

- Coordinate inbound logistics and documentation with supply partners and freight providers
- Resolve day-to-day supply issues quickly and effectively to keep service levels high
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Demand Planning, Commercial, and Customer teams to stay aligned on forecast changes, promotions, and business priorities.

How will I contribute to the team?
- Proven FMCG Supply Planning experience with a solid grasp of supply planning processes and how to keep products flowing efficiently and accurately.
- Strong problem-solving skills, confidence to take initiative and make smart, data-informed decisions under pressure.
- A hands-on, practical approach – you're equally comfortable navigating ERP systems and building Excel-based tools when needed.
- A natural process builder – you’re methodical, detail-oriented, and skilled at creating reliable, scalable process and ways of working.
- Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage changing priorities and fine details in a fast-paced environment.
