We are actively seeking a Supply Chain Specialistto join our growing organization and help us Nurture What You Love!
This role’s primary responsibility will besupporting the Operations and Supply Chain department for both UK and EU and overseas markets. This role involves overseeing procurement, production planning, and logistics to ensure that finished goods and associated materials are delivered efficiently and cost-effectively.
As our Supply Chain Specialist, you’ll make an impact by:
- Coordinatingend-to-end supply chain operations, from procurement to final delivery.
- Managinginventory levels and place replenishment orders as needed.
- Liaisingwith 3PL partners and warehouse teams to monitor inbound/outbound deliveries.
- Tracking and resolvingshipment issues, delays, and discrepancies.
- Maintainingaccurate data in ERP and inventory systems (e.g. NetSuite, SAP).
- Supporting supplier onboarding and performance reviews.
- Relevant 3rd level qualification in Supply Chain / or equivalent industry experience.
- 3-5 years+ of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations.
- Strong Excel skills and familiarity with ERP/inventory software.
- Knowledge of international shipping and customs documentation.
