Role: Supply Chain Project Manager Location: Warwick - Hybrid working with occasional travel around UK and Europe Duration: 12 months Pay Rate: £60 - £65 P/hr OUTSIDE IR35 A Snapshot of Your Day The Supply Chain Project Manager (SCPM) is responsible to define and execute supplier source change projects that respond to new product development, strategic initiatives and business continuity risks. The SCPM will work across global teams and be required to report progress to management at various levels of the organization. The successful candidate should have a proven track record of successful supply chain project delivery. This includes experience managing projects, strong problem-solving and problem-solving skills, strong understanding of the end-to-end supply chain, and a proven track record to build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners. How You'll Make an Impact Develop and coordinate project plans, budget requirements and timelines. Execute end-to-end supply chain processes. Analyze impact and business performance of supply chain patterns. Develop cost-benefit analysis of proposed initiatives and lead cross-functional teams. Manage third-party vendors to ensure project success. Review project performance and present status updates to partners. Monitor project risks and implement corrective actions. Ensure projects are delivered on-time and within budget. Prepare project progress reports and escalation requests. Manage and communicate with the various project partners What You Bring Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, or related field; recognized Project Management certification is required. Enrollment in certification program, where minimum criteria is satisfied. 5+ years of experience managing complex, multidisciplinary projects in a corporate environment. Proficient in project management software and end-to-end supply chain processes. Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing methods and strong communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively, providing team performance insights to managers. This position is in a French-speaking environment but requires fluency in English to comprehend documentation and technical terms from international sources, and to communicate with customers, suppliers, or international colleagues .
