Job Description:
This role involves assisting account managers with project and programme management services, requiring strong coordination, communication, and process management skills. The Programme Specialist acts as a bridge between sales and operations to ensure timely and accurate management of daily activities, customer satisfaction, and internal conflict mitigation. Responsibilities include processing bulk orders, managing distributions and inventory, generating quotes, providing international shipping expertise, and attending customer and planning meetings.
The role is critical for driving growth, operational excellence, and implementing methodologies for a world-class operation. The individual will help lead or facilitate program initiatives and monitor performance.
Qualifications:
- Strong supply chain/project management experience
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, look-ups, formulas)
- PowerPoint experience desirable
- Knowledge of Infor LN (ERP system) desirable
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
- 5+ years relevant experience in automotive project management or supply chain/distribution roles
- Strong organizational skills
