Supply Chain Process Lead (Process Excellence)
A global, high-tech engineering manufacturer is hiring a Supply Chain Process Lead to design, improve and govern end-to-end supply chain processes across planning, procurement, warehouse/inventory, logistics/distribution and customer-facing supply chain activity. Reporting into the Materials function, you'll play a key role in standardising ways of working, driving cross-functional alignment, and embedding continuous improvement.

You'll take ownership of supply chain processes and ensure they are clear, measurable, and consistently followed, while leading improvement activity that enhances service levels, reduces waste and improves delivery performance.
Key responsibilities
Own and improve end-to-end supply chain processes across planning, procurement, warehouse, logistics and customer liaison
Lead process improvement using Lean / Six Sigma tools (value stream mapping, root cause, standard work, KPI cadence)
Drive cross-functional integration to tighten handovers and improve flow across functions
Provide planning process leadership and support S&OP / SIOP ways of working
Improve procurement and supplier-management processes (governance, performance management, escalation routes)
Strengthen warehouse and inventory processes (accuracy, inventory health, controls, continuous improvement)
Improve logistics and distribution processes (service, cost, performance reporting)
Establish governance, compliance and reporting standards, including documentation and training
Support effective use of ERP/WMS and related digital tools; SAP/WMS/Kinaxis exposure beneficial xehkeey
About you
Strong experience across multiple supply chain areas (planning, procurement, warehouse, logistics and/or customer service)
Demonstrable process improvement background within manufacturing or engineering supply chains
Lean / Six Sigma capability (Green Belt / Black Belt preferred)
Comfortable influencing across departments and embedding new processes in operational teams
ERP/digital systems experience; SAP, WMS and/or Kinaxis preferred
Experience supporting S&OP / SIOP is advantageous
