We are looking for an organised and hands-on Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator to join our night shift operations team. This hybrid role combines physical warehouse and packaging duties with essential supply chain coordination, ensuring goods are accurately prepared, documented, and dispatched to meet customer expectations and delivery timelines. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate daily logistics and transport operations, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery of goods. Manage transport bookings, prepare delivery manifests, and complete relevant documentation. Ensure compliance with internal policies and transport regulations. Maintain accurate records and update ERP systems and reporting tools (SAP S/4HANA). Use shipping software such as UPS WorldShip, FedEx, DHL, and Pitney Bowes for dispatch processing. Process and prepare international shipment paperwork. Read and follow work instructions accurately across all operations. Package products according to customer specifications and quality standards.
