Working within the QESH function and reporting to the Quality Engineer Team Lead, the Supplier Quality Engineer supports the team in minimising quality issues across the product range. The role is focused on driving continuous improvement across the supply chain and the broader business environment.\n\nWhy join?\n\nQuarterly Bonus Scheme – Based on company and individual performance\n24 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays\nAdditional Employer Pension Contributions\nPrivate Healthcare – For you and your family\nFlexible Car Scheme\nEmployee Assistance Programme (EAP) – 24/7 wellbeing support and advice\nFree Onsite Lunch – Every day at HQ\nCareer Development Opportunities – With clear internal progression paths\nQuarterly Performance Reviews – Transparent feedback and growth planning\nOngoing Training & Development – Including LinkedIn Learning and CPD \n\n Supplier Quality Engineer Duties\n\n Job Specific\n\nAssist and support the Quality Manager with effective day-to-day management of supply chain and product quality.\nCoordinate the logging and resolution of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), ensuring robust corrective actions are implemented.\nAssist with Corrective Action Requests and Root Cause Analysis.\nCoordinate the communication of technical files and specifications.\nPromote QESH principles and maintain a strong Customer Focus across the business.\nFollow through on quality actions to ensure closure and effectiveness.\nSupport rework activities on-site when snags or issues arise with delivered products.Audits & Reporting\n\nConduct internal and supplier audits across the business and wider supply chain.\nProduce and complete reports following supplier visits. \n\nSupplier Quality Engineer Experience: \n\n To be considered for the Supplier Quality Engineer role, you will need:\n\nProven experience in a quality-focused role within a manufacturing, engineering, or construction-led environment.\nStrong background in mechanical engineering and assembly techniques.\nWorking knowledge of ISO 9001, with awareness of BS EN 1090, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.\nHold a current CSCS card – SMSTS or SSSTS certification is desirable.\nA formal engineering qualification (a degree is but not essential).\nInternal Auditor qualification for ISO 9001 (Lead Auditor certification is a bonus).\nA full, valid UK driving licence is essential.Please note: This role requires flexibility for short, regular trips to UK suppliers, as well as frequent travel across Ireland and occasional international travel\n\nSimply apply today to speak to one of our consultants.
