The Role We are looking for a Supervisor who is ready to step into a positive leadership role and who sees this position as a pathway toward becoming a Manager in the future . This role is perfect for someone who is already a strong presence on the floor, naturally supportive of their colleagues, and eager to grow. You will act as a bridge between the floor team and management , helping to keep service running smoothly while nurturing a happy, motivated team culture. Key Responsibilities Support the management team in the smooth running of daily service
Act as a key link between the floor team and management
Lead shifts with confidence, warmth, and professionalism
Support training, onboarding, and development of team members
Maintain service standards, presentation, and attention to detail
Help create a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture
Step up in the absence of management, ensuring consistency and care
