Job Description: Salary: £42,000 £45,000 per year Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am 5:00pm Locations covered: Newbury, Reading, Basingstoke
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to lead from the front and support operational delivery across our teams. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong management capability, technical knowledge, and the ability to drive performance while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Managerial experience is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, support, and manage teams of multi-skilled operatives
Oversee day-to-day operational delivery across responsive repairs and maintenance works
Quote works accurately and ensure projects are delivered on time and to standard
Monitor performance, productivity, and quality of work
Ensure compliance with service standards, policies, and procedures
Act as a key point of contact for customers and stakeholders
Support planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
Skills & Experience Required
Strong management and leadership experience within repairs, maintenance, or social housing
Technical knowledge across multi-trade disciplines
Experience working with social housing customers and stakeholders
Ability to oversee works from quotation through to completion
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
Ability to motivate and support a high-performing team
