Wood is recruiting for a Subsidiary Governance Associate to join our Corporate Secretariat team on a permanent basis. We are an experienced team with a fantastic culture and drive for excellence. We are open to this role being either hybrid from one of our UK offices or remote.

The Role

The successful candidate will support the activities of Wood's Corporate Secretariat by managing an international portfolio of companies by ensuring that corporate compliance requirements are met in each jurisdiction and subsidiary records are well-managed and up to date. You will provide governance advice to support local and international operations, intra-group and external transactions and decision-making by directors and shareholders.

This is an exciting opportunity for candidates with company secretarial experience in the area of entity management and subsidiary governance, who are looking to further develop their career in a global, dynamic and fast-paced environment.
