Based in Aberdeen with a hybrid work environment, this role places you at the forefront of cutting-edge offshore operations, supporting the readiness and deployment of advanced subsea robotic and drone systems. You'll be the technical authority driving standardisation, innovation, and operational excellence-reporting directly into the Marine Asset Integrity (MAI) leadership team and collaborating with skilled engineers across disciplines like Mechanical, Nautical, and Electrical Engineering. Your role and responsibilities: Manage and develop a team of ROV project engineers, ensuring they operate with minimal daily oversight and have clear development plans in place.
