Projects are typically new builds and refurbishments. Key Responsibilities Work with the team to develop the design and feasibility for structural projects Grow to where you are managing your own projects and supporting the team to meet the company workload Ensure design safety, regulatory compliance, and robust risk assessments Contribute to team success Be part of the team monitoring of project budgets and outputs What You Will Bring Ideally, a minimum of 3 to 4 years experience with a real desire to reach Chartered status in the future Strong technical expertise and high design standards Desire to develop your commercial focus Ability to build client relationships Great communication skills and a proactive attitude beyond day-to-day tasks Ability to deliver structural engineering tasks independently while working collaboratively with a team, with the aim of progressing to manage your own projects.
