In This Role, You Will

Work within a small, high-impact internal team that partners with leaders from some of the world’s leading organisations—Global 100 and 500 companies—to understand how their businesses operate and what drives their strategic choices.

You’ll conduct research, analyse client data, and help conceptualise and model the strategic and financial dynamics that become the backbone of our bespoke business simulations. Every simulation is built from scratch to reflect each client’s real-world challenges, decisions, and trade-offs.

You’ll also present your concepts to clients, help manage the simulation build, and be part of the team that delivers the final experience with client participants—typically senior leaders.

Variety is core to this role. You’ll work on multiple projects across industries and geographies, collaborating with different BTS teams along the way. Travel to client locations (for simulation delivery) averages around 20% of the time. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal BTS teams to understand client industries, strategies, and priorities.
• Conduct research and use data to model business environments and decision-making frameworks.
• Build and test business models and simulations using Excel or other tools.
• Support the integration of these models into broader learning experiences.
• Present ideas clearly to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Join delivery teams for simulation programs with client participants.
  
  

• A good degree in a quantitative or analytical field (e.g. finance, engineering, mathematics, economics, science, technology, or data science).
• Strong business and financial acumen, with an interest in how organizations make decisions.
• A highly analytical mindset with experience in structured thinking and data interpretation.
• Business modelling capability (through studies, personal projects, or internships).
• Proficiency in tools like Excel, Python, or R.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Diligent, adaptable, and well-organized—with a methodical approach to problem-solving.
• Team player mentality with professionalism and self-awareness.
• Prior internships or part-time roles are advantageous but not required.
