We are at a stage where carbon finance leadership is mission-critical, not advisory in name only. What You Will Actually Do This role is intentionally high-impact and selective. You will:

Shape the carbon finance strategy across projects and markets Advise on carbon credit structures, monetization pathways, and pricing logic Support engagement with registries, buyers, funds, public and institutional stakeholders Contribute to governance, credibility, and long-term market positioning Potentially evolve into a cofounder-level role depending on mutual fit and contribution

This is not a consulting engagement. This is about building something enduring. Who This Is For This role is for someone who:

Has direct experience in carbon markets, climate finance, or carbon project structuring Has worked with or around carbon registries, climate funds, institutional buyers, large-scale carbon or nature-based projects Is comfortable operating in ambiguity and shaping strategy, not executing tasks Is looking for ownership, influence, and long-term upside, not a salary title
