What you’ll be doing

Lead from the front and work shoulder to shoulder with your team Manage, recognise and reward your team while maximising store performance Identify the potential of your team to build a strong talent pipeline Create a working environment where people are happy to come to work Own store financial contribution to drive sales and control costs Ensure your team provides the highest level of customer service Maintain commercial awareness of competitors to improve team and store performance Take accountability for all aspects of store operations: cleanliness, maintenance, health and safety, security, accurate administration Promote a positive and flexible approach to daily management of your store/team
