Store Manager, Cambridge, £55,000 – £70,000 per annum\n\nRole Type: Permanent | Full-Time\n\nWe are working in partnership with one of the UK’s largest and fastest-growing supermarket retailers to recruit an exceptional Store Manager in the Cambridge area.\n\nOur client is experiencing outstanding year-on-year growth, opening new stores across the UK on a weekly basis. You will ideally be:\n\n * An experienced Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or senior retail leader from a fast-paced retail or hospitality background\n\n * Highly results-focused, motivated by exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer service\n\n * Detail-oriented, with a strong ability to communicate clear expectations and standards\n\n * Flexible and willing to travel within a 45-minute radius of your home to support nearby stores when required\n\n * Proactive and solution-focused, with proven experience prioritising workloads, delegating effectively, and developing high-performing teams\n\nStore Manager – Key Responsibilities\n\nIn this role, you will be responsible for:\n\n * Leading, recruiting, and developing a motivated store team to consistently exceed performance expectations\n\n * Overseeing all store operations, ensuring strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards\n\n * Driving exceptional customer service, effective stock management, and smooth day-to-day operations through structured planning\n\n * Delivering a clear and effective operating plan to achieve strong sales performance and maximise profitability\n\n * Conducting annual performance reviews, setting challenging objectives, and supporting team development to drive continued growth
