We have an exciting opportunity for a Store Manager to lead our team at Café Kitsuné - Belgravia, part of Sunset Hospitality Group.

The Role
As Store Manager at Café Kitsuné Belgravia, youll lead the overall operation of the café, ensuring an exceptional guest experience and consistently high standards across both service and product. Youll take full ownership of the day-to-day running of the store, from team leadership and service delivery to financial performance and brand presentation, creating a space where coffee, culture, and hospitality come together seamlessly.
About You
Youre an experienced and commercially aware leader with a passion for hospitality, coffee culture, and guest experience. Confident and hands-on, you lead by example, build strong teams, and create a positive, high-performing environment. With a sharp eye for detail and a strong sense of ownership, you thrive in a fast-paced, style-conscious setting.
Skills & Experience
Previous experience as a Store Manager or Manager in a premium café or hospitality environment

Strong leadership skills, with experience managing, training, and developing a team

Solid understanding of café operations, including coffee service and quality standards

Commercial awareness, with experience managing budgets, labour, and cost control

Confident with rota planning, stock control, ordering, and supplier management

Experience with POS and reservations systems

Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-focused

Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
